BEACH

1200 meters from our facility is a beautiful 1000 meter special sandy beach. Transportation by boats or catamarans is available via walking trail.
Upon request there are Segways, bicycles, or golf carts available.
There are lifeguards present and it is strongly suggested that you pay attention to any posted warnings.

We offer Cabanas and Gazebos for your pleasure. They are located at seaside, riverside and poolside.

There is an Auto Wash service for cars that is free of charge by reservation during summer season.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT

Check in service begins at 12:00; therefore it is necessary for check out to be no later than 12:.00.
A late checkout is subject to additional charges. In the event of an anticipated late checkout we request that you provide us with 24 hour prior notice. If late checkout occurs our staff will be available to assist you with your baggage.

CINEMA

Movie screening starts everyday at 23:00 during the summer season, and at 16:00 and 22:00 during the winter season in Game Hall.

DISINFECTION

Indoor and outdoor areas are disinfected against pests and rodents regularly. Chemicals are approved by World Health Organization and they have no harm to human health. If you demand extra disinfection or no disinfection for your room, please contact the “Call Center”.

A medical team is at your service 24 hours for any medical needs that you may require.
The Doctors Office is located on the L2 Floor in the Titanic Square.

DRINKING WATER

Water in the bathroom and washbasins is not suggested for consumption.
It is advised that you consume water from the plastic bottles provided for you in the mini-bar.

ELECTRICITY

The electricity voltage used in our Hotel is 220 volts.
If you require an adapter for any of your electronic devices please contact the Call Center.

EMERGENCIES

In the event of an emergency please inform the Call Center. There are designated emergency meeting areas located in front of the Lobby and in front of the Show Center.

EMERGENCY EXITS

The nearest emergency exit is shown in the emergency exit diagram located behind the room entrance door. Every floor has emergency exit doors present and they are marked with green lit “EMERGENCY EXIT” signs.

ENTERTAINMENT AREAS

The Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek offers many options of entertainment each day.
There are various pool and sport activities available. For more information there are signboards with postings regarding these activities throughout the Hotel and its grounds. You may also contact Guest Services for information.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER

Our facility is equipped with smoke detectors and a spring system for the event of a fire.
If a fire occurs please press the nearest FIRE BUTTON and exit the building via the Emergency Exits or Fire Escape stairs.
In the event of a fire, the congregation areas are located in front of the Lobby and Show Center.
DO NOT USE ANY ELEVATORS TO EXIT THE BUILDING!

KEY CARD

The Hotel room doors are locked/unlocked with an electronic key card for your safety and convenience. Your electronic room key is valid upon check in up until 12:00 on the day of your check out. At this time your key card will automatically be deactivated. In the event of a lost card you may consult with Reception.

KIDS CLUB- ANTANIC KID CONTINENT

Antanic Kid Continent is a program designed for children between the ages of 3 -13 and teenagers between the ages of 14 -17. The activities provided are as follows; archaeological simulated sights, excavation sights, science rooms, ecology hours on animals/plants, nature tour sports, climbing activities, special kid theaters, courses and workshops in a large 6000 m2 square.
We also offer special opportunities for handicapped children.
These services are provided between the hours of 10:00-24:00.(During the summer season)

LAUNDRY, IRONING AND DRY CLEANING

Normal Washing and Ironing Service: Process is completed in a 24 hour time period. Express Washing and Ironing Service: Process completed within a maximum 5 hours, with an additional charge of 50% more.
Dry Cleaning: Process is completed in a 24 hour time period.
There is a Laundry Form located in your room, refer to this for information on pricing. Sensitive or persistently stained articles of clothing with be returned to your room without being washed and pressed.
Silk clothing is not guaranteed to wash, iron and dry cleaning. If the given clothes are lost or damaged, it is compensated by our facility.

POOL

We offer indoor and outdoor swimming, kids, Olympic-size, special villa and heated pools (heating provided only in winter time).
It is advisable to use the pools between 08:00-19:00, for daily chemical maintenance.
Please take note of, and adhere to the posted pool instructions and Life Guard on duty. Periodic maintenance of pools is implemented under the authority of the Ministry of Health. Any belongings found poolside during the cleaning before 07:00 will be picked up.

Every 30 minutes there is a bus on route to the Kadriye area, pick up is in front of the Hotel. There is also an intra-city bus from Kadriye to Manavgat and Antalya.

For 1-3 night stays 1 restaurant, for 4-6 night stays 2 restaurants and for 7 or more night stays 3 restaurants can be used one time free of charge. A’la carte restaurants can be used for the second time with the cover charge of 10 Euro per person.

Beef Grill Club A’la Carte Restaurant is chargeable (except for Villa Guests).
During the winter season only Pascarella A’la carte restaurant is open (for extra charge).
Reservations are taken against a reservation fee.
Clothing and shoes are required at all times in the restaurants -No beach attire.
Please take note of and adhere to the clothing attire rules posted in the restaurant entrance. We request the food and/or beverages not be taken from the restaurants; it is a Health and Food Safety Management System hazard. Smoking is never allowed in the indoor restaurant areas.

Standard, Superior, and Riverside rooms; Family, Deluxe, and Major Suites; Design,
Exclusive, Superior, and Presidential Villas are available with qualified service provided by Deluxe All rooms (excluding Standard, Superior, and Riverside) are equipped with a surround sound system compatible with BluRay and iPhone.
There is a Television channel guide near the TV. Cleaning service is provided by Housekeeping everyday 08:00-16:00 – If Housekeeping services are unwanted you may press the DND button located near the air conditioner panel. Automatic fire extinguishing sprinkler systems are installed. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, but allowed on balconies.

Alanya is to the East, and to the West of the Hotel is Antalya. Various sport activities such as rafting in Köprülü Canyon, golfing in Belek, skiing in Saklikent (winter) are popular.

TURKISH BATH

Located in Spa Center, there are two Turkish baths, one is a specialized bath. Use of baths is free of charge.

Our TV’s in the rooms have 80 different channels for your pleasure. We have also TV’s with motion capture in some special room types.
